We deliver PAN India through our trusted logistics partners. Some remote or restricted locations may have limited service availability, in which case our team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from the date of confirmation.
• Custom-made or large furniture items may take 7–15 business days to prepare before dispatch.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Non-Metro Locations: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Custom or Bulk Orders: Timelines may vary and will be communicated individually.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On select products and promotional offers as mentioned on the website.
Standard Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
Large Furniture Items: May carry an additional handling or installation charge, which will be displayed before you place the order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link. In case of any doubts feel free to mail us on support@livorastore.in.

6. Packaging and Handling

All items are packed with utmost care using high-quality materials to prevent damage during transit.

• Fragile and décor items are double-boxed and cushioned.
• Furniture items are dispatched in sturdy, protective packaging and may require minor self-assembly or professional installation upon arrival.

7. Delays or Failed Deliveries

If a delay occurs beyond the estimated time frame, our customer support team will proactively update you.

In case a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may reschedule or return the item. Re-delivery may attract an additional charge.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@livorastore.in with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
• Our team will review the case and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Livora Store ships only within India. International shipping will be announced once available.
