1. Returns Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The product received is incorrect or incomplete compared to your order.
Please note that returns are not accepted for:
• Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or installation.
• Items that have been customized or made to order.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Non-returnable.”
2. Return Process
If your order qualifies for return:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@livorastore.in with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photos/videos of the product and packaging.
2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange for pickup or reverse shipping within 5–7 business days.
3. Once the returned product passes our quality check, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund as per your preference.
3. Refund Policy
• Refunds are initiated only after successful inspection of the returned item.
• The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from approval.
• Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Livora Store error.
4. Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts:
• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.
• Do not discard the packaging, as it may be required for verification and pickup.
• Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund based on stock availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Custom-made or made-to-order furniture.
• Wall art, mirrors, and décor items once unboxed.
• Items sold as part of clearance, display, or final-sale promotions.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank or payment account again.
2. Contact your bank or payment provider - it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
