Q1. What is Livora Store?
Livora Store is a premium online destination for home décor and furniture, offering thoughtfully designed, high-quality pieces that blend style, comfort, and durability. We deliver across PAN India from our headquarters in Kalyan, Thane, Maharashtra.

Orders & Payments

Q2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorited items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can make a secure payment using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets via our trusted payment gateway.

Q3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes - orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed.

Q4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available on all products and all locations due to the premium nature of our products.

Shipping & Delivery

Q5. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, Livora Store ships PAN India through reliable logistics partners. We deliver to most pin codes, including metros, tier-2 cities, and select remote areas.

Q6. How long will my order take to arrive?
Metro Cities: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Non-Metro Areas: 7–14 business days
Custom or large furniture items: Up to 3 weeks depending on production and location

Q7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Q8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product delivery. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue at support@livorastore.in.

Q9. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after quality inspection of the returned item.

Q10. Can I return custom-made furniture?
No. Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Products & Quality

Q11. Are all Livora products handcrafted?
Many of our furniture and décor pieces are partially or fully handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring uniqueness and character in every item.

Q12. Do your products require assembly?
Some larger furniture items may require minimal assembly, which is either self-doable or assisted by our logistics partners, depending on your location.

Q13. How do I care for my furniture?
Avoid direct sunlight, clean with a soft dry cloth, and keep away from moisture. Specific care instructions are mentioned on each product page.

Q15. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, Livora Store operates online only from our Kalyan, Thane headquarters. So, Yes! We do have a physical store with the following address:
Shop No.11,12,13 Triveni, Grande H Wing, Wadeghar, Kalyan City, Thane, Maharashtra - 421301
We are also on the verge of having more studios across India.

Miscellaneous

Q16. Do you offer gift cards or bulk order options?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers and bulk order solutions for interior designers, architects, and corporate clients. Write to us at hello@livorastore.in for custom quotes.

Q17. Are the colors and finishes on the website accurate?
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material differences — which make each Livora piece truly unique.
